Maram Khullen Baptist Church Women Society celebrates golden jubilee

Senapati, December 20 2025: The Maram Khullen Baptist Church Women Society celebrated its golden jubilee under the theme "Through God reflecting spiritual journey" (Col 2:2) on December 19 .

The ceremony was graced by Rev H Kaba Maram, executive secretary, MRNBA as administrator and RS Taipila as speaker.

Former chairpersons, secretaries and invitees also attended the event.

The program began with the unfurling of the jubilee flag by K Kula, founding Chairperson, Maram Khullen Baptist Church Women Society.

Other highlights of the celebration include Jubilee Hall dedication by Rev Ch Thuiba, former president MRNBA; souvenir release by Rev Chris Maraiba, Mission Secretary MRNBA; exhortations by Rev Aping Khamrang, Pastor, Somdal Baptist Church, and greetings by R Alphina, women secretary MRNBA.

The first chairperson unfurled the flag invoking "The Parable of Seed Sower" saying that the seed that was sown 50 years ago has borne fruit through His faithfulness.

Underscoring the golden jubilee celebration theme, Taipila went down memory lane extolling the founding chairperson and secretary who defied all odds and laid the foundation of the Society.

She further stressed the significance of jubilee- a time for reconciliation with love and revitalized the congregation to reaffirm their faith in God.

The event concluded with dehoisting of the jubilee flag by RN Hanah, Golden Jubilee Convenor.
