Imphal, May 17 2025: Cultural Forum, Manipur organised the "67th Annual Conference cum Felicitation" programme at the auditorium of JN Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal today.

Additionally, a literary forum on "The contribution of RK Mani Singh to Manipuri literature" was also conducted.

The event was graced by dignitaries, including Mongjam Joy, Special Commissioner, Art & Culture, Manipur; Pukhrambam Bilash, Director, JN Manipur Dance Academy; and Prof Koijam Shantibala, president of Cultural Forum, Manipur.

During the event, Haobam Satyabati, recipient of Sahitya Akademi Award 2024; Kshetrimayum Subadani Devi, recipient of Bal Sahitya Puraskar 2024; and Dr Waikhom Chingkheinganba, winner of Yuva Puraskar 2024 were honoured with lengyan and citations.

Senior members, new patron members of Cultural Forum Manipur including Prof Thiyam Lekendra, Yaishkul Khwairakpam, Nungchikpa Meetei, Yengkhom Roma Devi and Binapani Thokchom were also felicitated.

Releasing of "Ritu" journal and offering of floral tributes to a photograph of Late RK.

Mani Singh were the other highlights of the event.
