Society can progress towards prosperity if politicians and bureaucrats work understanding the wishes and aspirations of the people, said Langthabal AC MLA Karam Shyam.
He was speaking at the 150th Birth Anniversary observance of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel organised by Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur under sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture at JN Manipur Dance Academy auditorium on the theme "Unity is Strength" .
A painting competition for students and staging of Nat Sankirtana were held as part of the function.
