ARPS marks National Technology Day with science exhibition

Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS), Mantripukhri, marked National Technology Day today by organising a grand Science Exhibition to foster scientific temper and innovation among its students.
The event provided a platform for young minds to showcase their creative and analytical skills through various scientific models.
As per a release issued by ARPS, the exhibition saw enthusiastic participation from 111 students ranging from Classes in to XII .
Guided by teachers, they showcased working and nonworking models based on diverse scientific concepts, including environmental science, renewable energy, space technology, geophysics and the cardiovascular system.
Models included a Cassegrain telescope, hydraulic bridge, hologram, geometrical city, and one on astronomical factors sustaining life on earth.
A distinguished panel of judges evaluated the students' work based on originality, scientific knowledge, presentation skills, and practical application.
The panel included Lt Col Abhishek Kumar, AATO IGAR (South); Lt Col Rathilash Kumar, School Officer; and Dr Alka Jain, Principal of ARPS Mantripukhri.
The judges were highly impressed by the level of ingenuity displayed.
They noted that the exhibition truly reflected the spirit of National Technology Day by inspiring students to think scientifically and contribute toward technological progress.
