Sensitization prog highlighting BJP Government's achievements launched

Imphal, June 10 2018: With the completion of four years governance in the Centre by the NDA Government, led by Narendra Modi and the completion of more than one year's governance of Manipur by N Biren led BJP Government, a half month long programme highlighting various achievements and accomplishments undertaken by the State Government commenced today.

The programme stressing on the accomplishments of both the Governments began at the Chief Minister's residence at Luwangsangbam Mamang Leikai, in the presence of a team of media persons.

BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary (administration) K Sarat stated that numerous campaigns/media sensitization programmes, highlighting the developmental projects and welfare schemes of both the Governments, are underway at different parts of the State.

The first media sensitization programme was held at Imphal East district today in which BJP Imphal East District president L Kamini, Hemgang AC BJP Mandal president Kh Jila and .

BJP Mahila Morcha president W Bormani attended.

Similar media sensitization programmes will be conducted at all the districts of the State.

BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary Sarat claimed that more than 130 schemes have been launched under PM Narendra Modi during his four years governance while pointing out that the most appropriate and suitable scheme in the State viz Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana has successfully delivered free LPG connections to 48,846 houses.

Apart from this, Chief Ministergi Hakshelgi Tengbang (CMHT), Mudra are some of the schemes implemented in the State which have proved to be beneficial to the people.

He further stated that a motorcycle rally, carrying messages of PM Modi, was taken out at all BJP Mandals by volunteers and workers of different BJP Morchas and Mandals.

The CM's "Go to Hills" mission has strengthened the bond between the hills and the valley while the recently launched "Go to Village" Mission is being carried out without fail till date, he noted.

Sarat further claimed the students and even locals residing in far areas do not suffer any longer as they used to during the previous Govt while acquiring important documents and certificates.

The Go to Village mission has delivered and tended to the need and requirement of the people at their doorsteps.

This has proved that the BJP Govt has brought a good and efficient change in the State.

Meanwhile, BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary Nongthombam Nimbus told the media persons that Vishesh Sampark Abhiyanan, an initiative under the Modi led NDA Govt was launched in which 4000 Union Ministers, MPs, Chief Ministers, Ministers, MLAs and party office bearers of the country will famous or renowned individuals of their respective States.

In the case of Manipur, the project led by CM N Biren and BJP Manipur Pradesh president, a total of 358 leaders of the State have met 850 renowned people (out of the targeted 8950 famous people), he claimed.

During the meetings, feedbacks regarding the developmental programmes and schemes implemented by the Central and State Govt, in their governance were also collected.

N Nimbus further informed that the State's leaders will visit 50 houses of each and every Kendra of the State as part of Vishesh Sampark Abhiyanan programme, till June 30 .
