Imphal, December 02 2025: Under the theme of "Promoting Mental Health Literacy: Nurses' Responsibilities", the Society of Psychiatric Nurses Manipur, in collaboration with the College ofNursing, RIMS, Imphal, convened its Third Annual Conference today at Jubilee Hall, RIMS, Imphal.

The annual conference was graced by Dr Annie Kumar, National President, Trained Nurses' Association of India (TNAI); Kh Ratna Devi, president, Society of Psychiatric Nurses Manipur; Dr RK Lenin Singh, Professor, Department of Psychiatry, RIMS; Dr L Indira Devi, Chief Medical Officer, Imphal East and Professor A Debajani Devi, Principal, College of Nursing, RIMS as the presidium members.

A souvenir was also released at the inaugural event.

During today's scientific sessions, speakers from RIMS Imphal and beyond delivered lectures on topics such as nurse-led mental health initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, professional development, technology in mental health literacy, and integrating awareness into daily nursing practice.
