Painting competition, prize distribution ceremony held

Imphal, December 21 2025: The Prize Distribution Ceremony of the 22nd State Level Mathematics & Science Competition organised by the United Development Association (UDA), Khangabok was held today at the auditorium of GP Women's College, Imphal.

The ceremony was graced by dignitaries, including Prof N Rajmuhon Singh, former Vice Chancellor, DM University; M Mohon Singh, founder president, UDA; P Dhanakumar Singh, former Chairman, BOSEM; and Dr Kh Palin Khundongbam, chairman cum managing director, Shija Hospitals & Research Institute.

During the ceremony, cash awards along with certificates were presented to the winners of the competition.

Meanwhile, a State Level Painting Competition was successfully conducted today by the Health & Population Education Foundation, Khurai Thangjam Leikai.

About 150 students participated in the competition which was held in two categories - A for Class in to V, and B for Class VI to VIII.

Winners of the competition are: Category A- Kh Joy Meitei (Wangkhei High School), Kh Chandra (Wangkhei High School) and S Purel Mangang.

Category B- N Korounganba (Heritage Convent).

Sanahan Oinam (Pitambara English School) and Seram Arithoi (Shishu Nistha Niketan) .
