KV Langjing hosts EBSB, Kala Utsav extravaganza

Imphal, August 19 2025: The Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) schools under the Manipur Cluster, Tinsukia Region organized a vibrant cultural and artistic extravaganza as part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) and Kala Utsav initiatives at Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2 Langjing.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from 99 students across various KV schools in Manipur, showcasing India's rich cultural diversity and artistic talent, as per a statement.

Padma Shri Nameirakpam Kunjarani Devi, Commandant, GC CRPF Langjing, graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Eminent personalities from the fields of art and culture were invited as the judges of various events.

It is worth noting that the program stressed on national integration (Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat) and celebrated artistic excellence (Kala Utsav), aligning with the Ministry of Education's vision.

The Kendriya Vidyalayas of Manipur that participated in the event include KV Imphal No 1, KV Imphal No 2, KV Ukhrul, KV Akampat, KV Tamenglong and KV Loktak.

The winners of the competitions will represent Manipur Cluster at the Tinsukia Regional Level, to further showcase their skills on a larger platform.
