Noney, June 15 2025: As held across the globe, International Father's Day was also held today at Longmai-3 Baptist Church, Noney district.

Speaking in this connection, CMO of Noney district, Dr Azin Maringmei stressed on the roles and responsibilities of a father for the development of both society and the family.

He also stated that the children and mother's must also honour and respect the fathers.

While stating that one must work hard to set an example for the people, he emphasizes the importance of prompt action when it comes to positive endeavors.

The event was marked with the presentation of gifts to the father's by the women's society, offering delicacies to the father's, and praying for good health and long life for the father's .
