Bishnupur, May 10 2025: The District Administration Bishnupur, District Social Welfare Office Bishnupur and Social Upliftment Association organised a "One-day training and orientation for drugs and substance abuse" at Oinam Government Higher Secondary School as part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan Campaign.

Keisham Pradipkumar, Chairperson, Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights; Waikhom Thamapati, District Social Welfare Officer Bishnupur District and S Indira, Principal, Oinam Higher Secondary School graced the occasion as presidium members.

During the technical session, Professor RK Lenin, founder, Share and Care, Wangkhei spoke about "Adolescent mental health" while Dr A Jayenta, Director, State Level Coordinating Agency Manipur tackled the subject "Prevention and treatment of adolescent/students with substance abuse" The gathering also took a pledge for "Nasha Mukt Bharat" followed by an interaction programme.
