MLA Losii Dikho takes over as HIDSAM president

Ukhrul, November 08 2025: Losii Dikho, MLA of 48-Mao AC, assumed office as president of Hill Districts Sports Association Manipur (HIDSAM) on Saturday in a change of guard programme held at Jamning Valley, Senapati.

The program was hosted by DSA Senapati in collaboration with HIDSAM representatives from Ukhrul DSA, Chandel DSA, Tamenglong DSA, Senapati DSA and Sadar Hills who also attended the programme.

It might be mentioned, MLA Losii Dikho was unanimously elected as the president of HIDSAM for the tenure 2025-2029 at Ukhrul Headquarters on October 30, 2025 .

In another development, HIDSAM also decided to unanimously nominate Alfred Kanngam Arthur, MP (Outer Manipur) as a consensus candidate of HIDSAM for the post of president of All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) in the coming AMFA election.

The members present unanimously endorsed the newly elected president of HIDSAM and inducted a new vice president, joint secretary, treasurer and other executives for the smooth functioning of HIDSAM.

Churachandpur DSA also issued a congratulatory message to the newly elected president Losii Dikho, vice president (Admin) T Joyshing Monsang and secretary Tennoson Pheiray.
