Rajya Sainik Board building renovated

The renovated Rajya Sainik Board, Manipur was inaugurated today, marking a significant milestone in the welfare of ex-servicemen and their families.
The building which was almost in a dilapidated state a year ago, has been given a complete new look with a new gate, repaired and refurbished offices and a community hall thus converting it into a modem and functional facility.
Maj Gen Ravroop Singh, IGAR (South), Brig A Boral, Cdr 9 Sect Assam Rifles, Col AGS Koijam (retired), Col CRK Singh (retired), Col Robindro Sharma (retired), Col NNK Singh (retired) and many other officers of the Assam Rifles, Indian Army and veterans of the State attended the inauguration ceremony.
Hony Capt Soibam Yaima Singh (retired), seniormost veteran in the State, inaugurated the Renovated Rajya Sainik Board, Manipur.
Colonel Gopendra Singh Puyam, (retired) Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board Manipur, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Home Department, Government of Manipur, Assam Rifles and Indian Army for their invaluable support in the renovation of the Rajya Sainik Board, Manipur.
Their collective efforts have enabled the Rajya Sainik Board, Manipur continue providing essential services to ex-servicemen and their families, he said.
