Imphal, July 16 2025: Celebrating Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh with 30-days of Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan awareness & Benefit Saturation camp officially concluded today at The Classic Sangai Hall, Hotel Imphal.

Marking the 30 days campaign, a grand celebration was graced by Additional Chief Secretary Vivek Kumar Dewangan, IAS as the chief guest in the presence of Robert Kshetriyum, IAS Director social welfare, Addl Secy Robita Yumnam, IAS, TRI/TA & Hills Director Luckyson Kashung, IAS, Addl Director ST Rithung Anal, Govt officials, Star campaigners, various tribal artists.

The programme kicked off with melodious blues music from PadmaShri awardee & folk song legend Guru Rewben Mashangva.

In his keynote address Director Luckyson stated that the 30 days campaign started from Ccpur District and traveled through many hill Districts of Manipur with the collaboration of respective District Administrations.

The campaign managed to reach more than 7 lakhs in tribal areas of Manipur.

The dignitaries also gave away prizes to top DAJA reels competition awards and DAJA IEC Star campaigners.

Kangba Lovejoy and Ashiho Athili all from Senapati District were also awarded Best DAJA reels during the occasion.

Young and renowned Filmmaker from Senapati Ashok Veilou was also awarded for his contributions to the campaign.

Other awardees were AB Siwiliu and Jaiganmei Kamei and Saka Mashangva for short reels.

Addl CS Vivek Dewangan in his speech lauded the TA/Hills/TRI along with respective DCs for making the campaign successful and called for extra miles to fully implement the schemes envisaged in the mission which targets to elevate Tribal communities and those vulnerable groups.

He particularly appealed for taking extensive efforts to execute the PM-JANMAN for Maram tribe where many projects are taken up presently in many sectors.

John Gaidinnmai delivered the vote of thanks extending gratitude to all officials, campaigners and 13 District Administrations.
