Imphal, July 04 2025: The State Government has ordered the transfer and posting of nine IAS, one IRS and 17 MCS officers.

As per an order issued by Under Secretary (DP) M Rabichandra Singh, Principal Secretary (AR/MAHUD) and Commissioner (DE) Rajkumar Dinesh Singh (IAS) has been given an additional charge of Higher and Technical Education, SCERT and Adult Education.

H Gyan Prakash (IAS), on the other hand, has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Art and Culture.

Ningthoujam Geoffrey (LAS) will continue as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Water Resources and CEO of MIDA, but will no longer oversee Social Welfare and CADA.

N Kheda Varta (IRS) retains the Secretary CAF&PD position but shed Land Resources responsibilities.

Secretary of Lok Ayukta and MI Robert Singh Kshetrimayum has been given an additional charge of CADA and Social Welfare.

Secretary IT and Managing Director of Manipur State Beverage Corporation Limited Th Kirankumar (IAS) has been given an additional charge to oversee Land Resources.
