Senapati, January 31 2026: 48-Mao Assembly Constituency MLA L Losii Dikho inaugurated a multi purpose complex building at Emesiiphro Village in Senapati.

The building, which has five floors, was Rinded by the North Eastern Council under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Shillong, Government of India and implemented by North Eastern Region Community Resource Management Society (NERCORMS), Shillong.

The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of N Athikho Joseph, president, Mao Council and Th Kashipri Chalai, president, Mao Naga Chiefs Association.

Addressing the gathering as the chief guest, MLA L Dikho stated that unity and peace are the core formula for development and success.

He urged people to always remember God's bountiful blessings bestowed on the region.

The Mao AC MLA also acknowledged the contributions of Moses Chalai, IAS, for the project.
