Moirang, May 26 2026: Mother's Pride Academy, Kwasiphai, Bishnupur district, organised a special felicitation programme titled "Know Your Strength" on Tuesday at the school campus to honour YUVIKA-ISRO Young Scientist Programme achiever Henthoisana Pukhrambam.

Henthoisana Pukhrambam, Class IX student of the academy, secured the first position in the final assessment of the YUVIKA-ISRO Young Scientist Programme, 2026, held at Shillong.

Her outstanding achievement has brought immense pride to the school, her parents, teachers and the student community of Manipur.

The YUVIKA-ISRO Young Scientist Programme, 2026 was conducted from May 11 to 22 at the North-Eastern Space Application Centre (NE-SAC), Shillong, with participation from selected students of Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Nagaland.

The felicitation programme was attended by Dr M Nabakumar Meitei, Child Psychologist and Director of MI Academy, Langthabal Kunja, as the chief guest.

Principal and co-founder of the academy Kh Basanta Meitei presided over the function as functional president, while co-founder K Debendra Singh attended as guest of honour.

school honoured Henthoisana by presenting gifts and also felicitated Sophiya Laishram, the ISRO YUVIKA School Programme Coordinator, in recognition of her sincere coordination, guidance, and dedicated support in facilitating the student's participation and achievement.

Henthoisana Pukhrambam, who hails from Ngaikhong Khullen Maning Leikai, is the daughter of Pukhrambam Rabi and Pukhrambam Sharmila.
