Public urged to join tribute event

Imphal, April 25 2025: A tribute event will be held at the "Athoubasingi Khubam" in Yumnam Patlou Chingjel, Khundrakpam Assembly Constituency on May 3, 2025 to honor the 10 martyrs from the constituency who sacrificed their lives in the ongoing conflict.

Speaking to media person today, village volunteer organiser Tonjam Somorjit informed that the tribute event will be held jointly by Village Volunteer Force Control Office Sinam, Ireibak Kanba Apunba Lup (IKAL), United Committee of Pukhao and Makeng Dolaithabi Gram Panchayat Yumnam Patlou Village Development Committee, Yumnam Patlou Meira Paibi, Arambai Tengol units and Meira Paibis of Khundrakpam AC .

He also appealed to the people to participate in the event and offer tribute to the brave heroes who gave their lives for the cause of the motherland.
