Imphal, October 30 2025: The 30th Annual College Week Prize Distribution Cum Freshers' Meet, 2025 of the College of Agriculture, CAU, Imphal was held on October 28 at the auditorium of the College.

Notably, CAU organized its 30th Annual College Week 2025 consisting of Literary-cum-Cultural Meet from October 18 to 22 and Games and Sports Meet, 2025 from October 24 to 26 at Iroisemba.

The day's function was organized under the chairmanship of Professor Indira Sarangthem, Director of Instruction, CAU, Imphal as the chief guest and further witnessed the attendance of Dr LM Gmayak, Director of Research, CAU, Imphal; Professor Ph Ranjit Sharma, Director of Extension Education, CAU, Imphal; Dr Ng Iboyaima Singh, Dean, College of Food Technology, CAU, Imphal; Professor N Brajendra Singh, Organizing Secretary, 30th Annual College Week-2025 as the guests of honour and Professor K Nandini Devi, Dean, College of Agriculture, CAU, Imphal as the president of the function.

Newly admitted students in UG (94), PG (38) and PhD (14) programmes were introduced in front of the guests, faculty members, scientists and staff.

Altogether, 27 events in sports and 15 events in Literary-cum-Cultural Meet were organized.

For different competitions, students were divided into four houses - Panthoibi, Phouoibi, Ereima and Emoinu.

Prizes were distributed to all the winners.
