Doing the State proud, Professor Chingtham Tejbanta Singh of the Department of Computer Engineering, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Tech-nology has been selected to present a paper on "A Biologically Inspired Arti-ficial Immune System for a Multi-agent Mobile Robotics System," at the PRIMA 2005 to be held from September 24 to 28 at Malaysia.
The paper is among the top 40 per cent of the papers selected to be presented at the International Workshop and will be inclu-ded in the postworkshop proceedings to be published as lecture notes in Artificial Intelligence by Springer Verlag, Germany.
Born to Ch Tombi Singh and Bilashini Devi of Kwakeithel Thok-chom Leikai, 28 years old Prof Tejbanta did his BE in Computer Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coim-batore (State nominee) and M Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Guwahati.
