Imphal, January 25 2026: Thangmeiband AC MLA Kh Joykisan has laid the foundation stones for the construction of a new building for the Langol Tarung Urban Primary Health Centre and an office building for the Nagamapal Youth Development Club at Nagamapal Phougaisangbam Leikai, today.

In his address at the Langol Tarung event, the MLA emphasized that ensuring access to quality healthcare is a crucial step towards the State's overall development.

Joykisan stated that he has been actively working to improve all healthcare facilities in Thangmeiband Constituency.

Stating that the Langol Tarung Urban Primary Health Centre serves over 100 patients daily, he appealed to the doctors and staff stationed at the facility to provide dedicated and quality care to those in need.

He further said that the Langol Tarung Urban Primary Health Centre has received several cleanliness awards.

The construction will begin as soon as the tender process is completed, he said and assured that the building will be constructed and finished promptly.

Later, Joykisan laid the foundation stone to construct an office building (Ground +1) for the Nagamapal Youth Development Club.
