Imphal, September 20 2026: Over 3,000 people from different parts of Khurai AC have extended support to Khurai AC MLA Leishangthem Susindro Meitei.

A grand reception function for the new supporters was organised today by the Central Election Management Committee of Leishangthem Susindro Meitei @ Yaima at Yaima Meetin Shanglen, Khurai Sajor Leikai.

A large number of people from across the constituency attended the function and warmly welcomed the new entrants by offering lengyan as a mark of support to the MLA .

The new supporters said they joined Susindro reposing faith in his development works and pro-people initiatives in Khurai AC.

Addressing the gathering, Susindro thanked the people for their trust and support.

He said the growing number of supporters shows people's desire for development and unity.

He assured that with the support of both old and new members, he will work harder to make Khurai a model AC and will continue to take up welfare activities for the people.
