Meritorious students felicitated

Imphal, July 13 2025: Konthoujam Gram Panchayat Level Talent Hunt Association on Sunday felicitated meritorious students who secured good marks in this year's Class X & XU examinations conducted by BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE .

The ceremony held at Konthoujam Kangjeibung Community Hall was graced by dignitaries, including Dr Sapam Ranjan, MLA, Konthoujam AC; Daigong Gangmei, Director, Manipur Social Adult Agency and Joint Secretary, CAF & PD; Bantee Singh Konthoujam, Director, Ministry Affairs/OBC & SC; Konthoujam Kumar Singh, retired Youth Co-ordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra; Leishangbam Indrakumar Singh, Principal, Free Progress Academy, Konthoujam; Laishram Ratana Khuman, managing partner, LYS Group, Kwakeithel; Thiyam Robindro Singh, Administrative Committee Member, Yurembam Zilla Parishad; and Phuritsabam Gopeshwor Singh, Chairperson, Administrative Committee, Konthoujam Gram Panchayat.

Altogether, 72 meritorious students from the areas under the jurisdiction of Konthoujam Gram Panchayat were presented certificate of appreciation, cash award and other gifts during the programme.

Moreover, Ngakraba Leirak Development Association also organised the "25th Meritorious Award Distribution" programme at Ngakraba Mandap, Yumnam Leikai Ngakraba Leirak today.

The programme was graced by dignitaries, including Yumnam Khemchand Singh, MLA, Singjamei AC; Hijam Ibohal, retired Engineer (PWD); Dr Chinglen Maisnam, Head, Department of South East Asian Studies, Manipur University; Ngakraba Leirak Development Association president Nameirakpam Tomba Singh; advisors Ngathem Sudhir Singh and Leitanthem Tombi Singh.

Altogether, 15 meritorious students from the areas under the jurisdiction of the association who secured good marks in this year's Class X & XII examinations conducted by BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE were felicitated.
