Covid active cases down to 55

Imphal, July 06 2025: The total number of COVID-19 active cases in the State has come down to 55 after 13 people infected by the viral disease were discharged today following recovery.

Of the 55 active cases, 43 are in home isolation.

Taking into account the 13 people discharged today, the cumulative number of discharged cases has reached 243 .

On the other hand, two out of 15 samples subjected to COVID-19 test were confirmed positive today, registering a positivity rate of 13.3 per cent.

The two persons who were tested positive today are residents of Imphal East and Imphal West.

Counting the two positive cases detected today, the cumulative number of positive cases stands at 298 .
