Imphal, May 13 2018:
A team of Shiv Sena Manipur State Unit led by its president, left Manipur for Mumbai today, with the aim of pressuring Shiv Sena National leaders and MPs to make sure that the Framework Agreement does not harm the territorial integrity of the State.
Speaking to media persons before leaving Imphal, Shiv Sena State President Moirangthem Tombi said that the five member team will meet the party leaders at Mumbai and then go to Delhi to meet the MPs and Ministers.
He said that Shiv Sena welcomes a solution between the Central Government and the NSCN (IM) but if the solution brings chaos and tension between the different communities residing in the State or harm the territorial integrity of Manipur in any way, the party will not remain a silent spectator.
