Addressing the gathering, Anurag Bajpai said that they are awaiting the Centre's approval but the department has completed all preparations for the establishment of the textile park.
The textile park will provide opportunities to Self-Help Groups to form small industrial units under Unnati scheme.
Weavers can form SHGs and get subsidized logistical support in selling their products under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme, he added.
