Imphal, May 11 2026: Many individuals have joined the Democratic People's Front (DPF), which is a regional political party and the new members were accorded a warm reception at Hotel Yaiphaba, MG Avenue here today.

The motto of DPF is "The voice of Manipur- Empowering People for Integrity and Prosperity" and its president Dr Narengbam Rajivkumar.

The individuals who joined DPF today included former JNIMS Director Dr L Deben from Langthabal AC, W Wangthoi alias Kishorchand from Sagolband AC, Phayeng GP ex-Pradhan Angom Gojendro, ex-Pradhan Y Shanta from Kshetrigao AC, L Somorjit from Wangkhei AC, former Assembly Secretary L (O) Y Indira from Keishamthong AC, M Tomba from Wangjing-Tentha AC, Imphal East former Up-Adhyaksha K Nilkamal from Andro AC, social worker Th Dillip from Thongju AC and Bell Advertising Agency proprietor Kh Maipak.
