FTV partners with Career Pathfinder to empower Ukhrul and Kamjong youth

Ukhrul, October 27 2025: In a historic move for Manipur, FTV and Career Pathfinder, Ukhrul, have inked a strategic partnership aimed at empowering the youth of Ukhrul and Kamjong districts through skill development training and job creation initiatives.

The agreement was formally signed between NG Ngashangam, proprietor of FTV Dimapur Branch, and AS Peacemoon Zimik, chairman of Career Pathfinder, at the TTA Complex, Hamleikhong, Hungpung, Ukhrul District, on October 27, 2025 .

This collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between education and employability by providing specialized training programs tailored to meet the demands of the modem job market.

FTV, a global leader in the fashion, luxury, and beauty aesthetics industry, has been a prominent name in the international fashion scene for over two decades.

Founded by Michel Adam Lisowski, FTV operates independent headquarters in Paris, London, Vienna, and Mumbai.

Through this partnership, FTV and Career Pathfinder, an organization dedicated to youth empowerment and women's development, will work jointly to identify and nurture talented youth, offering skill-based training and job placement opportunities.

The initiative will provide hands-on learning experiences, mentorship from industry professionals, and direct career pathways into the fashion and beauty sectors.

The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of over 40 young job seekers, inspired and motivated by the FTV team's vision for a skilled, employable, and confident youth community in Ukhrul and Kamjong.
