Imphal, January 29: Amidst the call for unity and peace, the advisor of All Manipur United Clubs Organization (AMUCO) L Iboyaima today released the Integrity Flag produced by the organization with the main objective of instilling the feeling of oneness among the people.

Addressing media persons on the occasion at the AMUCO office, Iboyaima made a fervent appeal to the people to hoist the integrity flag in every house as a clear signal to all who are trying to disintegrate the State and give utmost regard to it.

The Integrity Flag is green in colour with the wordings, �Punna Hingminnabagee Lipunna Manipurgee Ngamkhei Ngaaklee� written in the middle.

Iboyaima also informed that AMUCO would make sure the Integrity Flag is accessible to all the people who believe in unity and integrity.

In his speech, AMUCO president Jagat Thoudam asserted that the real protector of the integrity of Manipur are its people who have been co-existing for all times and not the Constitution of India nor Government of India nor the Government of Manipur.

Rejecting the suggestion of Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga for forming a committee to redefine the boundaries of the North Eastern States, Jagat advised the former rebel leader to pay attention towards the welfare of his own Mizo people instead of making comments on the problems of other States.
