Free medical camp held at relief camp

Bishnupur, September 24 2023: A free health check-up camp was organised by K Gojendro Trust at the relief camp opened by Apunba Lup Ningthoukhong at Mangolnganbi College here on Sunday.

Altogether 270 inmates staying in the camp were provided medical aid during the camp in addition to providing medicines.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines, Trust treasurer K Tomba alias Biren informed that the free medical camp has been organised under the advice of minister Govindas Konthoujam.

The trust will further ensure that apart from the medical facilities, all other problems being faced by the inmates in terms of foods and clothes for winter are addressed.

Moreover, the trust will provide all necessary help to students staying in the relief camp to further carry on their studies and become successful people in future.

The inmates also shared problems and issues faced in the relief camp.

Bishnupur DC Lourembam Bikram, ADM H Bobby Sharma and SDO L Rishikant were also present at the camp.
