United Organisations Kakching appeal minimum fanfare during Yaoshang

Kakching, January 11 2018: United Organisations Kakching has appealed all the clubs, organisations as well as the people of Kakching district to minimize any kind of celebration, especially in the month of February and March, considering the upcoming class X and XII examinations.

A press release issued by secretary publicity of United Organisations Kakching further appealed all the public, club/organisations of Kakching not to celebrate Yaoshang festival for more than two days (the beginning and the second day) and urged all the school not to provide extra holidays apart from the said two days as Yaoshang general holiday.

United Organisations Kakching further appealed to the people of Kakching to wrap up Yaoshang thabal by 10.30 pm and to refrain from blocking roads by tying up ropes during the festival as it could lead to many mishaps/accidents.

The organisation urged all local club/organisations of Kakching not to conduct any lottery games.

However, it would be relaxed for the registered organisations of the district under certain terms and conditions, it added.

It also urged the organisations to notify the United Organisations Kakching, SP, Kakching and OC, Kakching before organising any kind of lottery.
