Aid extended to village volunteers, IDPs

United We Stand (Whats App Group) has donated a sum of Rs 20,000 to village volunteers of Sabungkhok Khunou under Imphal East district today.
The aid initiative was led by Admin Keke Wahengbam and accompanied by Ranjan Salam, Khomdram Ranjit, Pangambam Rajendro, Bobo Khundrakpam and among others, according to a statement issued by Bobo Khundrakpam, Group Admin, United We Stand.
According to the statement, there were three 20-year old girls among the village volunteers.
One was a Tangkhul while the remaining two were Meiteis, working hand-in-hand to protect their village.
The relief team boosted their morale and assured to extend their help in the future.

In order to continue assisting village volunteers, Bobo Kh has urged people to extend their monetary donations to GPay No 9856143481 .
Similarly, the 1990 Matric Batch Alumni of the 1st Battalion Manipur Rifles High School have made monetary and material donations including stationery items to the conflict survivors seeking shelter at Ideal Girls' College, Akampat on February 4 .
According to a statement issued by Mayengbam Bijendra Meitei, general secretary, 1990 Matric Batch Alumni, RK Dhanabir, president has assured to sponsor the admission fee, tuition fee, school uniform and uniform for three students between 3-5 years of age and more specifically offsprings of single parents.
