Kuki Students Organisation (KSO) assembly concluded

The Kuki Students Organisation (KSO) has decided not to compromise its office plot without the consensus of all the Kuki students.
This was decided during the KSO (Ghqs) special assembly which was held from June 27 to June 30 at Haipi village in Sadar Hills, according to a statement issued by the vice-president of the KSO, Mangcha Baite.
The assembly also resolved to effect the functioning of KSO study centres at Manja, Assam at the earliest time possible while also reaffirming that the education policy of the KSO be pursued vigorously with like-minded student body, it stated.
The special assembly of the KSO was participated by around 126 delegates representing 22 KSO Branches from all over India.
The highlights of the assembly included presentation of papers by Henkholun Doungel, DYC, NYK Churachandpur and Paul Hangshing, RC, Provident Fund, Tinsukia, Assam.
