NHIDCL eyes 60 Kms

Imphal, October 04 2017:
The National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (NHIDCL) has informed the State Govt that 60 Kms of Imphal-Jiri highway would be black topped within the current financial year .
Notably, the 220 Kms long highway is being constructed by three firms/companies and there is a plan to black top another 40 Kms next year.
Meanwhile, tender process for construction of new Barak Bridge has been floated and the same project is likely to be completed within two years, conveyed a source.
