Both the complexes are being constructed by Simplex Company as work agency.
The Minister maintained that no efforts will be spared to complete both the complexes within the stipulated time next year.
In response to the intimation of the Simplex company to work both during day and night, seven more SOs in addition to the 11 Section Officers already stationed at the work site of the Assembly complex will be stationed there from tomorrow, he conveyed.
Even as around 700 labourers were engaged for construction of the Assembly complex, construction work was suspended for some time due to the volatile law and order condition.
In addition to 150 labourers currently engaged in the construction, another 100 labourers will be hired to accelerate the construction work, Ranjit asserted.
Further, more piling machines will also be pressed into service, he added.
The PWD Minister has also given his assent to send a team of engineers for training on fire fighting, shock detection, wiring etc.
Talking to engineers of Simplex Company, Ranjit told them to inform of him about any requirement or problem and to work in full speed so as to complete the construction work within the stipulated time.
However, out of 800 piles necessary for the complex, only about 40 piles have been driven till date though the construction began in January 2005.Yet, construction of security watch towers, two security barracks and fencing works have been completed to a large extent.
