Mamata to campaign in Manipur

Trinamool Congress president Mamata Banerjee would come to the State and campaign for her party's candidates contesting in the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly elections for which has polling has been scheduled on January 28 .
Speaking to media persons today on the occasion of independent MLA Sapam Kunjeshore (Keba) joining the party at his Tera Bazar residence, TC Manipur unit president Kim Gangte conveyed that Mamata Banerjee has given assurance to join the party's election campaign in Manipur.
Mamata would address a public meeting at Imphal.
Claiming that people's faith in TC was shown in the by-election to Konthoujam AC, ex-MP Kim Gangte exuded that TC would be victorious in a big way in the forthcoming elections and play a major role in forming the next Government.
Declaring the party's consent to sitting independent MLA Sapam Keba's entry to TC, Kim Gangte hoisted the party's flag at the residence of Keba.
She further asserted that TC can certainly bring a revolutionary change in Manipur.
Alleging that the Congress-led SPF Government is as good as dead, the ex-MP asserted that the Government has failed to maintain law and order or ensure adequate availability of essential commodities.
Sapam Keba said that he joined TC for he believed in Mamata Banerjee's leadership and her commitment to the cause of mass.
He also sought people's cooperation.
