People's Democratic Alliance (PDA) likely to be expanded

Imphal, February 29 2012:
The People's Democratic Alliance (PDA), which is pre-poll alliance of 5 political parties formed with the sworn promise of uprooting the ruling Congress led SPF government in the State, is likely to be expanded with inclusion of more political parties.
According to highly reliable source, there will be a formal meeting of the 10 non-Congress party tomorrow morning to discuss possibility of expanding PDF.
Though the source declined from disclosing the exact location of the proposed meeting, it, however, conveyed that all the leaders of non-Congress political parties have been given formal invitation to attend the meeting without fail.
PDF was initially formed by 5 non-Congress parties namely, NCP, MPP, CPI (M), JD-U and RJD.
The remaining non-Congress political parties including Trinamool Congress, CPI, BJP, MSCP, NPP and NPF are likely to join PDF, the source pointed out.
