BJP is committed to improve people standard, says N Biren

Chief Minister N Biren Singh has claimed that the BJP led State Government, is committed to improving the lives and standard of the people and will strive for maintaining peace and prosperity in the region.
Speaking to media persons at a one day political conference held at Lamlai Kendra Sabungkhok community hall under the aegis of BJP Lamlai Mandal, for the party Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency candidate Dr RK Ranjan today, Chief Minister N Biren Singh said that the people of the State are fed up of the fear and apprehension they experienced under the Congress rule in the past and are now desirous for positive change and peace.
He then claimed that he quit the Congress and joined BJP as he was put off by the Congress administration and their oppressive attitude towards the people.
The BJP led Governments in the Centre and the State have worked tirelessly to improve the living condition and welfare of the people, he added.
Citing some schemes for the people like Ayushman Bharat and Chief Minister Hakshelgi Tengbang, CM Biren continued that free LPG connections have been given to the people and free education in Government schools have been provided as well.
In just two years under the BJP led State Government, the bond between the hills and the valley has improved, bandhs and blockades have been eliminated and peace and tranquillity have returned to the State, he claimed and appealed to the people to support BJP.
