Govt empanels Ccpur Nursing Home

Samaritan Nursing Home, Churachandpur has been empanelled by state government to facilitate treatment of Covid 19 patients who possess CMHT and PMJAY cards effective from June 1 .
During an interaction programme held on Friday, Nursing Home CEO Dr Gary T Haokip informed that it has accepted the government request to facilitate treatment of Covid 19 patients in due consideration of the need of the people who are suffering from Covid-19 and have no place to go.
The Nursing Home started admitting Covid 19 patient having CMHT and PMJAY cards.
The CEO maintained that general patients who do not have the said cards could also be admitted to Samaritan Covid Care Centre for treatment.
He continued that as per the government revised rate, the patient's party has to bear the cost for medicine and drugs like Remdesivir, etc., oxygen, Pathology and Radiology PPE kits and medical procedures including caesarean section, emergency surgery and others which may be charged separately.
According to the CMHT Covid Package, Covid patients in need of dialysis will be charged Rs 4500, Covid normal delivery shall be Rs 4000 and additional Rs 2000 per day, Covid Caesarean delivery Rs 7000 and additional Rs 2000 per day, Covid general ward Rs 3800, Covid-HDU Rs 4700, Covid-ICU without ventilator Rs 5600, Covid-ICU with ventilator Rs 6500 and Covid delivery ward Rs 2000.However, as per the category of bed issued by the government with maximum charges per day, the charge for general or isolation ward is Rs 3000, HDU is Rs 7000, ICU without ventilator use is Rs 8000 and ICU with ventilator use is Rs 10,000, Dr Gary explained.
