The examination is conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM).

He said that such unfair means was also come across by the student body in other examination centres.
He reiterated that MSF, a constituent of Joint Students' Coordination Committee (JSCC) inspected the examination centres as per the instruction of BSEM.
He appealed to security personnel, teachers, student organisations and youth clubs to extend help during inspection visits to HSLC examination centres.
Max further appealed to all to not organise entertainment programmes including musical concert and Thabal during the course of Class X and XII examinations.
If any kind of entertainment programme is found organised then those musicians and artists will be boycotted forever.
