Fraud private company banned

Human Rights Defender Manipur (HRDM) has banned 'Information Technology & Broadcasting Services Limited', a fraud company which collected a huge amount of money from around 4000 people by giving false promises of providing jobs .
HRDM has also asked a group of eight people belonging to the private company to approach the human rights organisation within a week .
Addressing media persons at the office of Protection and Preservation Committee of Manipur (PPCM) located at Wahengbam Leikai today, HRDM general secretary Rakesh Moirangthem said that on suspicion, an RTI was filed to establish facts of the company .
The RTI revealed that the company has no connection whatsoever with the State Government and the Central Government.
The company having no office of its own was floated fraudulently to dupe job seekers, he said .
According to him, the company collected Rs 1-4.5 lakh from an individual by giving false promises of providing jobs .
He asked the group of eight people behind the fraud company to approach HRDM within a week .
They are identified as Irom Kunjakishor from Waiton Awang Leikai, Pangei; Pukhrambam Ibocha from Naoremthong Khullem Leikai; Meisnam Khogen from Sangaiprou; Hangkholar Kom from Ichum Keirap, Sadar Hills; N Praveen Kumar from Kongba; Aribam Brajamohan from Sagolband Khamnam Leirak; Khumanthem Binoshori from Konung Mamang and Yensembam Sanjoy from Lamboi Khongnangkhong.
