BJP sets sight on a non-Congress government

BJP is all set to take up necessary steps to form a non-Congress government in the state, as soon as the election results are out.
Speaking to media persons at its office at Nityaipat Chuthek, S Tiken, Vice President, BJP, Manipur state unit, said that the party will continue talks with the other non-Congress parties to form a coalition government in the state.
BJP is at present going on talks with the leaders of other political parties.
He declared that the Congress will fare badly in the just concluded election to the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly.
Since there will be no party coming out with absolute majority this time, there will be a coalition government in Manipur.
The coalition government that will be coming up will also be formed by non-Congress parties.
The BJP will ensure this coalition government comes up in the state.
Expressing concern over the involvement of NSCN-IM in the election in favour of their proxy candidates, S Tiken said that the Union government should look into the matter and find out where the NSCN-IM cadres are breaking the cease fire ground rules.
He also claimed that, at least 4/5 BJP candidates will turn out successful and the party will ensure that there is a political revolution in the state of Manipur and the people enjoy a good government free from corruption.
The national leaders of BJP have time and again brought up various issues of the state in the parliament .
The leaders have also highlighted pressing issues of the state at the national level and made the people of the mainstream India understand the problems faced by the people and tried to bring solution to the problems, he added.
