Imphal, January 08 2015:
Cases of alleged human rights violation would diminish when all concerned discharge their duties and know their responsibility.
This was stated by Commerce and Industries Minister Govindas Konthoujam today while addressing the inaugural function of the three-day training on human rights organised by Centre for Human Rights and Duties Education, MU at the Centre's premises.
Speaking as the chief guest, Govindas said that cases of human rights violation are rampant at remote and isolated places.
As such, awareness should be given to people residing in remote areas.
