Even though it is not yet clear what resolutions the State Cabinet adopted today to present to the Centre, in the face of the peace talk between the Government of India and the NSCN (IM) drawing to a 'conclusion', Chief Minister O Ibobi is set to proceed to Delhi tomorrow to meet Union Home Minister Shushil Kumar Shinde on the issue.
The Union Home Minister is expected to brief the Chief Minister on the latest status of the peace talk, said a Cabinet Minister after the Cabinet meeting held this evening.
The Cabinet meeting however did not take any standing decision on what stand should be conveyed to Delhi, as not all the points are still clear.
Significantly Chief Minister O Ibobi will be heading to Delhi alone.
The Chief Minister is likely to meet the Union Minister at Delhi tomorrow itself.
Talking to The Sangai Express, a Minister however said that as things stand today there is nothing much to be apprehensive over the territorial integrity of the State.

Though the Cabinet did not take a definite stand on what the Chief Minister should convey to the Centre over the issue, a four member Cabinet Sub-Committee was formed during the meeting today.
To be headed by the Chief Minister as the Chairman the other members include the three senior most Ministers-Home Minister Gaikhangam, Revenue Minister Th Debendra and Health Minister Phungzathang Tonsing.
The Cabinet sub-committee has been entrusted with the task of monitoring the progress of the peace talk and to keep a close tab on likely developments and to be ready for any eventuality and emergencies.
The Cabinet subcommittee will forward all issues to the Cabinet for further discussion.
Significantly on being questioned, the Chief Minister had on October 9 stated that it was too early to say anything.
The State Government had repeatedly committed itself to protecting the territorial integrity of Manipur.
