Imphal, July 11 2015 : Laishram Mangita secretary of Hodam Leirak Yumjao Lairembi Meira Paibi alleged the state government for keeping mum even after the dead of a student who was protesting for implementation of a proper ILP system in the State.

Protests under banners like 'We demand ILP system in Manipur, Save Manipur � implement ILP system in Manipur, were carried out at Keishamthong Keithel participated by Hodam Leirak Yumjao Lairembi Meira Paibi Nupi Lup, Top Leirak Meira Paibi and Longjam Leirak Meira Paibi.
