DSA Trophy: SWC-K book semis berth with 2-0 win over KYWAC

Imphal, September 20 2024: SWC (Keirak) registered a 2-0 victory over KY-WAC (Wabagai) to progress to the semifinals of the 18th DSA Trophy Invitation Football Tournament 2024 .

H Krishnakanta and M Niranjan got their names on the scoresheet in their quarterfinal triumph Friday at DSA Kakching playground.

Krishnakanta struck in the opener in the 22nd minute, with Miranjan netting their second goal in the 56th minute.

Meanwhile, the second quarterfinal match between YWU (Kakching) and SDO (Pallel), originally scheduled for September 21, has been moved to Sunday, September 22, 2024 .
