Niranjoy attempts to break, push up Guinness World Record

Imphal, August 14 2019: 21-year-old Thounaojam Niranjoy Singh of Imphal West on Wednesday completed 37 one arm one leg push ups in one minute in bid to break Guinness World Record of 27 complete push ups set by Logan Aldridge of Brooklyn, United States in February, 2017 .

Niranjoy made the record attempt at an event at Radiant Fitness, Konung Mamang, Imphal East.

"During training sessions, I could complete 37 push ups...but I was not sure today...I am very happy have that I have made my mark," said Niranjoy who completed the feat.

Niranjoy is son of Th Rajen Singh and Th Ibemnungshi Devi of Naran Konjin Mamang Leikai Ward No 7, Imphal West.

The event was organised by Ideal Youth Club (IYC), Naran Konjin Mamang Leikai, Imphal West and Radiant Fitness.
