Kangpokpi, October 09 2022: Dynamo Athletics Club, Motbung had a narrow 1-0 win over SMT Taphou in the ongoing KFA's Open Night Football Tournament at D Phaihel village in Kangpokpi District on Saturday evening.

SMT Taphou displayed a beautiful performance dominating the game right after the first whistle blow and having multiple chances to score but the luck seemed to have failed to favor them as they could not convert any of the chances.

Despite having few opportunities, the Dynamo Athletics Club beautifully found the winning goal through Paogouthang in the 19th minute to edge past the Taphou side 1-0 .

In the 2nd match, Cananphai Youth Club thrashed Abai Baitoh Football Club 2-0 with goals from Haolet (10') and Lethoulen (36') .

In the third match, Hatneithem Memorial Team had another narrow 1-0 win over Golngai Football Club as Lunkhopao scored the winning goal for the memorial team in the 12th-minute.There was be no match on Sunday.
