PALYC, SOCDEC win in Thoubal 1st Division Football League

Thoubal, October 18 2024: PALYC (Phundrei) and SOCDEC (Wangjing) emerged victorious in the L Chandrakishwor Singh Memorial 1st Division Football League Tournament 2024-25 organised by DFA Thoubal.

PALYC beat UMFC (Moijing) by a 4-1 margin in their match held on Friday.

Md Ashif scored a double while Md Shahidur and Md Samir added one goal each PALYC's win.

Kh Anush netted the lone goal for UMFC.

In the other match, an own goal helped SOCDEC secure a 1-0 win over SYLO Tekcham.

A defensive error by Kh Oken in the 27th minute got into their own net, resulting in the game going in favour of SOCDEC.

On October 20, KFC (Thoubal) will take on SYLO while KRC (Kshetri Leikai) will meet PALCY (Phundrei) .
