NC Club emerge Group A winners in IW 1st Div League

Imphal, October 18 2024: NC Club finished at the top of Group A standings after YAC and KAN played out a 1-0 draw in the last league match of the 29th Sangita Devi Memorial 1st Division Football League 2024 at Pamyal Ground, Imphal West on Friday.

NC Club gained seven points from their three games to become Group A winners.

KAN finished second with five points, followed by YAC (4 pts) and SCK (0) .

In the day's match, N Ronaldo put YAC ahead when he found the back of the net in the 12th minute, but H Amarjit drew level for KAN in the 40th minute.

Despite efforts from both sides, neither could break the deadlock, settling for one point each.
