Imphal, August 10 2024: Assam Rifles Battalion organised a friendly football match as part of community engagement activities on Friday at New Samtal village, Chandel District.

The match was played between Assam Rifles personnel and local youths.

The game not only provided a platform for friendly competition but also served as a medium to strengthen the bonds among the villagers.

Following the thrilling match and prize distribution, refreshment was served to all the villagers, fostering a sense of hospitality and shared joy, said an IGAR (S) release.
